For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes are included in the price. For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 14 days of receiving the package and we will resolve the issue for you as long as the product is in original condition.
